When will my order ship?
- Apparel Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days
- All other items Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days
Depending on the items ordered your order may ship in multiple packages at no additional charge to you.
Do you accept returns?
We gladly accept returns for refund or store credit on most items within 14 days of order receipt.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Items that are not eligible for return are digital or downloadable products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards. Please contact us at info@hellobluestocking.com if you need to initiate a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed

We produce many of our products ourselves at the time your order is placed, such as apparel, cell phone cases, keychains, etc., however we also source products from other small business owners in our niche in order to offer a broader range of products for you. We love to support other small businesses like ourselves!
